Bungalow No 1 - construction launch

Here we would like to introduce you to some highlights of our properties:

Solid construction, durable construction with several barrier levels to prevent rising damp
Room heights of approx. 2.90m
- A major advantage of a high ceiling is of course that you have more headspace and more wall space. Rooms with a high ceiling will therefore always appear more spacious. The space suggests size, so to speak. But of course it also offers more space for wall decoration, the chance for an opulent ceiling light and options for taller furniture. In a new building, high rooms also allow for the installation of taller windows. So even more light. Not to be neglected: high windows also add a touch of extra luxury and class.

- Even if we know exactly what a good electrical installation looks like, we don't know how to set up your rooms later. That's why we are actively involved in electrical installation. The best thing is that we have already thought about the possible setup. The intended use of the rooms and the corresponding furniture is the basis for the later electrical installation. We always plan generously!
